Disconnect Service

Please submit a separate form for each True Natural Gas account you wish to disconnect. (fields marked with * are required)

* Disconnects are scheduled with Atlanta Gas and Light Company (AGLC). Actual available date may be 5 working days after your requested date.
Please indicate any special instructions for accessing your meter - including if the property is gated to include gate code, or if for any reason the meter may not be easily accessible
* If the date AGLC disconnects your service is after the 19th of the month, final billing will include the AGLC base charges for the next month.
