Disclosure Statement

I hereby request that my gas marketer be changed to True Natural Gas and I designate True Natural Gas to act as my agent solely for the purpose of making this change of gas marketer. Customers do not need to contact their current marketer that True Natural Gas will process or handle all of the details. I understand that if this is more than a single switch in a 12-month period I will be subject to a $7.50 charge by AGLC for switching and that there may be a charge if I elect after this switch to switch back to my current marketer.

Notice

True Natural Gas requires a social security number in order to obtain a credit report and complete your application for service, including determining if a security deposit is required. If you do not wish to provide this information over the internet, please contact one of our customer service representatives at 770-502-0226 option 2.

The Applicant agrees, in order for us to service your account or to collect any amounts you may owe, we may contact you by telephone at any telephone number associated with your account, including wireless telephone numbers, which could result in charges to you. We may also contact you by sending text messages or emails, using any email address you provide us. Methods of contact may include using pre-recorded or artificial voice messages and /or use of automatic dialing devices, as applicable.

For customers who are moving into a new home, the charge for having residential gas service established is as follows: $75 for New Gas Meter (to set and turn on new meter), of which $50 is a pass through fee from AGLC.

Customers who establish new gas service will be charged as follows: $75 for New Gas Meter (to set and turn on new meter), of which $50 is a pass through fee from AGLC.

Requests made after 4 PM will be reviewed the following business day.
