We moved couples years ago from the north east where we didn't have "fixed-rate expiration" and realized that a bit too late. Anyway I called the customer service and Lisette has been very helpful.

This is a great company to do business with. Pricing is excellent, customer service is excellent when you need customer service you actually speak to someone who cares & you can understand. They listen & resolve any issues or problems quickly & return phone calls back if needed . Over all I give them 5 stars if I could I would give them more. They truly care about their customers needs & questions. I have had my Electricity through COWETA Fayette EMC for 40 plus years & they too a great company to do business with. Great doing business with True Natural Gas through this customer care company.
